Kais Ghedira is an assistant professor in Bioinformatics at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis. He is the head of the "OMICS data integration applied to infectious diseases" Group within the Laboratory of Bioinformatics, Biomathématics and Biostatistics (BIMS)
Oussema Khamessi is a postdoctoral fellow at Pasteur Institute of Tunis. His PhD work implies the study of anti-cancer peptides based on biomolecular simulation, docking, drug design, and molecular modeling jointly with in vitro and in vivo assays. He currently holds an international patent for a Anti-cancer and Disintegrin scorpion venoms. He is a key member of the PHINDaccess team and co-coordinator of the Bioinformatic Master Degree at the Pasteur Institute of Tunis. He has been a teacher in several bioinformatics courses. Oussema is also one of the founding members of the Tunisian Association for Computational Sciences (TACoS).
Hazem Ben Mabrouk, PhD, Is a post-doctoral researcher in Pasteur Institute of Tunis. He obtained his PhD in cellular and molecular biology on 2017 from Tunis el Manar University. His research is centred on integrin implication in tumour cell death and angiogenesis. His work is focused on anticancer therapy by studying snake venom disintegrins effects on tumour cells adhesion, migration and apoptosis.
He has been teacher of cellular biology in High Institute of medical technology.
Currently, He is a member of Venom and Therapeutic molecules laboratory at Pasteur Institute of Tunis
Riadh Kharrat is the founder and head of Venoms and Therapeutic Biomolecules Laboratory. Riadh currently participates in preclinical studies and develops innovative antivenoms. His work through Toxins has directly contributed to the largest venom research studies of the past decade.
